  • Day 1


    : Arrival in Tbilisi – Tbilisi Sightseeing tour (-)
    Meet your Driver at the airport and Transfer to the Hotel (check-in time 03:00pm).
    After some rest, start exploring the capital city Tbilisi, visiting the highest Orthodox Cathedral in the
    world Sameba (84m), Metekhi plateau, Rikhe Park and the other relevant sites like ancient Churches,
    medieval caravansary and Narikala Fortress from 4th century (drive up to the hill by cable car).
    Afterwards walking down the hill alongside the Botanical Garden to the famous Sulphur Baths district,
    close to Tbilisi mosque. Later you will visit the modern pedestrian “Bridge of Piece” and enjoy free
    time in the pedestrian street Chardin with its Cafés, Restaurants, Shisha Bars and handicraft boutiques.
    *Optional for the evening:
    - Transfer and Dinner in a traditional Restaurant with Georgian food, live Music and dancing. Suppl. for
    dinner 28 USD pp.
    - Short Transfer to the Funicular Railway Station and a 10 minutes ride, up to Mtatsminda Mountain.
    Walk in Amusement Park located on the top of the Mountain and optional dinner in Funicular
    Restaurant with wonderful views over Tbilisi. Price for Funicular 3 USD per person up&down. Price
    for dinner from 40 USD/pp.

  • Day 2

    Tbilisi – Bodbe – Signagi – Tbilisi

    Drive to the eastern region of Kakheti, noted for its hospitality and winemaking. Visiting the grave of
    St. Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia, in Bodbe Convent. Next to it is situated a beautiful town
    of Signagi, which is known as the “City of Love”. The picturesque narrow streets, which are home to
    tiny wineries and carpet workshops, with colorful facades and carved balconies, are a pleasing blend
    of Italian and Persian architectural styles. The town is surrounded by defensive wall built in 18th
    century and it overlooks a picturesque Alazani Valley. Back to Tbilisi. Free time.

  • Day 3

    Tbilisi – Ananuri – Stepantsminda – Tbilisi

    Tbilisi – Ananuri – Stepantsminda – Tbilisi (B)
    Follow the Georgian Military Highway leading up to the Great Caucasus Mountains. On the way visit
    Ananuri Fortress overlooking Jinvali water reservoir and have photo-stops with panoramic views. On
    arrival in Stepantsminda take 4 WD cars to drive up to Gergeti Trinity Church. Enjoy the view to the
    permanently snow-covered peak of the Caucasus – Mt. Kazbek (5047m). According to an old Greek
    legend, Prometheus was chained to the Mount Kazbek as a punishment for stealing fire from Zeus.
    Back to Tbilisi.

  • Day 4

    Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Gori – Uplistsikhe – Kutaisi

    Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Gori – Uplistsikhe – Kutaisi (B)
    Drive to the Old capital of Georgia – Mtskheta (UNESCO Word Heritage). Christianity in Georgia started
    from this town in 4th century. You will visit Jvari Monastery at the top of a high cliff and have a
    splendid panoramic view of how two rivers, Aragvi and Mtkvari join each other. Later, visit
    Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century), spiritual centre of the country. Continue to drive to
    Uplistsikhe cave town from 1s millennium B.C.. Served, over the centuries, as a place for both,
    residential purposes and as a pagan rituals site. The functional aspects of the city are still clearly
    visible in its remains, including an ancient theatre, the hall of pagan rituals, wine-cellars, a bazaar,
    caves of different sizes for local dwellers etc. In Gori have a photo-stop at Stalin’s house and museum.
    Continue to drive to Kutaisi in Western Georgia. On arrival walk in City center. Check in for 1 night.

  • Day 5

    Kutaisi –Tskaltubo – Batumi

    Kutaisi –Tskaltubo – Batumi (B/D)
    In the morning visit Bagrati Cathedral and the Monastic Complex of Gelati from 12th Century (UNESCO
    World Heritage). Then visit Promethe Carst Cave in Tskaltubo, the most popular and biggest among
    the numerous caves in Georgia. It fascinates visitors with its enormous formations of stalactites and
    stalagmites and contains 17 Halls which you will see on your 1.5 km walk inside the cave. In the
    afternoon drive to the Black Sea Coast. On the way stop at Botanical Gardens, which offers visitors a
    diverse array of plants divided into 9 geographical districts. With over 5000 foreign and endemic
    species, the gardens cover a hillside rising straight up out of the sea. On a 1.5 to 2 hour tranquil walk in
    this garden, you will not only get acquainted with its wide variety of flora but will also be rewarded
    with beautiful views of the sea. Arrive in Batumi. Check-in for 2 nights.
