Itinerary

  • Day 1
    Yerevan

    Arrival to Amenia.Transfer from Zvartnots International airport to hotel located in the city center.Check in,short rest.Visit to Matenadaran museum,Tsitsernakaberd Genocide museum/Complex. Visit Ararat Brandy Factory and have a degustation of Armenian brandy.After visit to Victory Park where you’ll see the monument Mother Armenia,enjoying panoramic view of Yerevan. Visit to Cascade park-famous with its wine houses and cafes.Dinner.Overnight in Yerevan.

    Yerevan

    Breakfast,short rest.
    Visit to Etchmiadzin Cathedral-the first Christian church in the world(4th century),after St. Hripsime
    and St.Gayane churches.
    Visit to Zvartnots temple.Back to Yerevan.
    Dinner.Overnight.

  • Day 3
    Dzoraget

    Breakfast,check out.Starting our tour to Aragatsotn province.Visit Amberd fortress which is a 7th-century fortress located 2,300 meters (7,500 ft) above sea level, on the slopes of Mount Aragats. Continue to Saghmosavank monastery which is a 13th-century Armenian monastic complex.Drive to the Stepanavan region.Check in.Dinner and overngith in Dzoraget.

  • Day 4
    Sevan

    Breakfast.Check out. Starting the tour to Stepanavan region.Visit Haghpat and Sanahin Monasteries which are included in UNESCO’s world heritage site list. Haghpat Monastery, also known as Haghpatavank was founded by Queen Khosrovanuysh, wife of the Bagratid king Ashot III, probably in 976. The nearby monastery at Sanahin was built around the same time.Continue our way to Lake Sevan.Visit Sevanavank which is located on peninsula (9th century).Check in to hotel.Dinner and overnight in Sevan.

    Jermuk

    Breakfast,check out.Drive to Noratus cemetery. The cemetery has the largest cluster of khachkars in the Republic of Armenia.Continue our way through Selim Carvanserai we will reach to Jermuk spa health town , where you will visit the most beautiful waterfall-Jermuk waterfall.It is also used to be called mermaid hair by locals.Check in to hotel.Dinner and overnight.

    Goris

    Breakfast,check out.Taking way to Tatev Monastery complex.To reach the monastery you should have a cable-car tour with “Tatev Wings”-the longest ropeway in the world.After visiting this monastic complex drive to Karahunj,which is used to be called Armenian Stonehenge.Continue to Khdzoresk Bridge. The 160-meter long bridge weight 14 tons and connects the two banks of the village, the so-called old and new Khndzoresk.Arrival to Goris town,check in.Dinner and overnight.

    Yerevan

    Breakfast,check out.Drive to Noravank Monastery(13th century) surrounded by red canyons.Continue to Areni village,visit Areni winery.Here you will have a degustation of Armenian wine types.Drive to Khor Virap Monastery(4th century).From here you can enjoy the amazing view of mountain Ararat.Back to Yerevan.Check in.Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 8
    Yerevan

    Breakfast,short rest.Visit to Garni temple-the only pagan temple in Armenia and Geghard Monastery(included in UNESCO’s world heritage site). On the way back you’ll participate in master class of baking Armenian bread Lavash. Back to Yerevan.Visit Vernissage open air national bazaar.Dinner and overnight.
