Itinerary

  • Day 1
    Tashkent

    Flight to Tashkent.
    Arrival and meeting at the airport of
    Tashkent. Transfer to hotel, check in and rest after the flight.
    Breakfast at hotel.
    Full day city tour in Tashkent: Khastimam Complex, Kukeldash Madrasah, Chorsu bazar.
    Lunch
    New Part of the city; Independence square, Museum of Applied Arts of Uzbekistan, Alisher Navoi theatre, Amir Temur square and etc.

  • Day 2
    Bukhara

    Early Breakfast at hotel.
    Transfer to airport for flight at 07:55 Arrival Bukhara at 09:30 Am
    or by Train at 08:00 am arrival at 12:00
    Accommodation at hotel. Free time.
    Lunch at local restaurant.
    Half day city tour.
    Visit to Old Bukhara: Poi-Kalon ensemble including Minaret (12c) , Mosque (16c), functioning Madrassah Miri-Arab (16 c), Taqi trading domes, Lyab-i- Hauz Ensemble (17c), Nadir Divanbegi (17c), Magoki Attari (16c), Ulug Beg (15c), Abdul Azizkhan (17c) Madrassahs; Registan Ensemble, Ark Fortress (16c) and Bolo-Hauz complex (18c); Folklore show and show of national clothes at Nodir Devonbegi madrassah.

    Visiting national house for master class of plov (Uzbek traditional dish)

  • Day 3
    Samarkand

    Breakfast at the hotel.
    Half day city tour.
    Visit to Ismael Samani mausoleum (9-10c)- the oldest mausoleum of Bukhara , Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum (14 c), local bazaar, Chor Minor madrasah.
    Lunch at local restaurant.
    Afternoon transfer to Samarkand.
    Enroute visit to house-museum- workshop of Gijguvan Master of Ceramics Abdulla Narzullaev.
    Arriving Samarkand. Accommodation at hotel. Free time.
    Dinner at restaurant.

  • Day 4
    Samarkand

    Breakfast at hotel
    Full day sightseeing tour of Samarkand: Guri Emir- Legendary mausoleum where Amir Temur and all his family buried.
    Registan square- World famous complex of 3 Madrasahs and golden dome mosque.
    Mosque Bibi Khanum – The biggest Mosque ever built in Central Asia as gift from wife of Temerlane to her husband.
    Siyab local bazzar-unique place where you can get acquainted with the life of Samarkand people.
    Lunch time
    Shahi - Zinda necropolises, a holy place and cemetery with graves of Temured’s dynasty and a grave of cousin of Prophet Muhamed.
    Observatory of Ulugbek – incredible construction of 15 century for studying astronomy.
    Free time at Registan square and Local bazzar
    Dinner
    NIGHT LIFE: Light show in Registan square (if available), night view of Tamerlane’s mausoleum.

  • Day 5
    Bishkek

    Transfer to airport for flight to Bishkek.
    Your guide will pick you up at Manas International Airport and accompany you to the capital
    city of Kyrgyzstan, just a 30-minute drive from the airport. In the morning we will visit Ala
    Archa gorge. It is a Natural Park. At the Soviet Time only V.I.P. people had permission to go for
    a walk here. The Ala Archa gorge is on a spur of the Tien Shan mountain range. It is just 45 km
    from Bishkek. You can have a short hiking tour to see a panoramic view of the gorge.
    Afterwards we return to Bishkek. The second half of the day is dedicated to a guided tour of
    Bishkek. It includes visiting Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central
    Ala-Too Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic, and many others places of interest. This
    overnight will be in a hotel.
    * The tour can start every Friday and every Sunday, as flights to Bishkek from Tashkent every Tuesday and Thursday at 06:15, arriving at 8:30

  • Day 6
    Issyk-Kul

    Your guide will pick you up at 8 a.m and you will be transferred to Issyk Kul Lake, surrounded
    by the celestial mountains. It’s the second largest alpine lake in the world (1608 m. above sea
    level). The lake is called "the pearl of Central Asia". Due to the salty water, Lake Issyk Kul
    possesses curative qualities. On route to the lake you will visit Burana Tower (an 11th century
    minaret) and an open air museum of Balbans (stone warriors). Your night is in a hotel.

  • Day 7
    Karakol

    The day starts with a breakfast at 8 o’clock. Afterwards, you will start your trip to Karakol city.
    On the way, we will take a short break to give you the opportunity to visit ancient stone
    inscriptions (dating back to 800 B.C.). These petroglpihs were made more than 2 000 years ago
    by shamans. Then we continue our way along the northern shore of the lake to the town of
    Karakol. You will visit the Dungan mosque. One of its highlights is the fact that it was built in a
    Chinese style without using a single metal nail. The mosque will be followed by a visit to an old
    wooden Orthodox Church. The night is spent in a guesthouse.

  • Day 8
    Bishkek

    Today we will drive to Jeti Oguz gorge. It’s famous for its red rocks formations that have a name
    Seven Bulls – Jeti Oguz. Also you will see there the Broken Heart Mountain. If you want it is
    possible to go on a top of a mountain (20 minutes) to see a panorama view of the gorge. Then we
    continue our trip, breaking in Bokonbaeva village, where we will meet a local eagle-hunter. He
    hunts hares and foxes with the help of eagles. It is an ancient kind of hunting animals preserved
    from generation to generation. You will find out a lot of interesting facts about it. After this visit
    we will continue our way to Bishkek. Night is in a hotel.

  • Day 9
    Bishkek

    In the morning is transfer to airport.
