Itinerary

  • Day 1
    Yerevan

    Arrival, transfer from the airport to the 4* hotel in the heart of Yerevan.Rest
    City Tour around Yerevan, a visit to Tsitsernakaberd – (Memorial dedicated to the victims of the Armenian genocide of 1915.National History museum of Armenia, rest at Cascade.
    Excursion to Armenian Brandy Factory where the tourists will learn a lot about the technology of brandy making and degustate the famous drink..
    A visit to “Vernisage” fair, where one can find Armenian souvenirs, jewelry, crafts made of wood, stone, silver and other materials.

  • Day 2
    Garni

    Breakfast at the hotel
    Trip to Garni Pagan Temple, the only Pagan temple in Armenia where one can admire unique mosaic baths and ruins of the royal palace.Attendance to the monastery of Geghardavanq, included in UNESCO’s world heritage. The name of the monastery originates from the geghard meaning spear. The spear with the help of which a Roman soldier pierced the body of Jesus, was kept in this monastery for many centuries. Nearby the temple one can buy sweets and traditional Armenian baking-gata, Armenian snickers-sudjukh.Thereafter the tourists will participate in a master class of baking of the Armenian national bread lavash.
    Return to Yerevan.Overnight

  • Day 3
    Sevan

    Transfer to the region of Gegharkunik. A trip to Lake Sevan, Sevanavank Monastery complex on Akhtamar Peninsula in Sevan).After the excursion the tourists will enjoy a short cruise around Sevan Lake On the bank of Lake Sevan dinner will be held ,during which the tourists will taste the incredibly delicious dishes of fish prepared in the national style. Transfer to Dilijan, a visit to Haghartsin Monastery.Excursion in the old city of Dilijan.
    Overnight in Tsaghkadzor

    Tavush

    Breakfast at the hotel
    Transfer to the province of Tavush,village of Yenokavan,where the tourists will enjoy various range of adventurous activities like horse riding,off road tours,zip line ride and the like.
    Transfer to Apaga Resort.Overnight

    Tbilisi

    Breakfast at the hotel
    Transfer to Georgian -Armenian border.Accommodation in the chosen 4* hotel in Tbilisi.City Tour.A visit to Europe Gardens,Sharden and Erekle II street,Peace Bridge,Hologhraphic fountains over the river and Europe square.

    Borjomi

    Breakfast at the hotel
    Excursion to Narikala fortress,an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi
    The fortress was established in the 4th century as Shuris-tsikhe and it was a Persian citadel.It was considerably expanded by the Umayyads in the 7th century and later, by king David the Builder (1089–1125). The Mongols renamed it "Narin Qala" .Most of extant fortifications date from the 16th and 17th centuries. In 1827, parts of the fortress were damaged by an earthquake and demolished.
    Thereafter transfer to Mtskheta, visit to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral,transfer to Borjomi.City tour.

    Vardzia

    A visit to Rabat castle,tour in Vardzia.Return to Tbilisi
