  • Day 1
    Song Kol

Our tour will be started early in the morning at the agreed earlier spot. Our first stop at the Burana Tower - today the tower is a heritage of UNESCO and Kyrgyzstan.
You will have a tour to whole complex, an excursion to Tower and a panoramic view from the Tower itself. In addition you will also be able to see the balbalas that are located around and were created by the ancient Turkic tribes. Visiting the whole territory will help you to move into the atmosphere of the 12th century and see firsthand the most ancient artifacts. After we will continue our trip through the Boom Gorge is a kind of a thread that connects the three regions - Chui, Issyk-Kul and Naryn. On the road you can enjoy beautiful views of high mountains - somewhere steep and rocky, as well as the rapid flow of the Chu River.
The next stop will be in the water reservoir Orto - Tokoi. Located on the Chu River, 2 km west of the village of Orto-Tokoi, on the border of the Naryn and Issyk-Kul regions. You will be able to make a memorable photos of the place and views. We will stop for lunch in Kochkor village, you can also visit open bazaar there.
We will have another stop in the mountains for spring water tasting. It is a beautiful area with its flora and fauna, and if we will be lucky we can observe yuks there (wild cows).
The destination of the first day of the tour will be the mountain lake Son-Kul. The lake lies on a mountain plain surrounded by meadows (jailoo). We also offer you to try the life-giving drink from mare's milk "Kymys" made by the local people. On the Son - Kul, because of the fantastically untouched nature, the purest air, aromatic and fragrant herbs, crystal clear glacial waters, Kymyz turns out to be the best, with a whole bouquet of aromas. Just to note mare's milk contains 10 times more vitamins than cow's milk, so there will be some recommendations on its consumption. Kymyz recommended to drink: usually immediately before meals or an hour and a half after it. Kymyz contains useful bacteria that positively affect the intestinal microflora.
Kymyz not recommended to drink to people suffering from acute diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, stomach ulcers and duodenal ulcers, as well as allergy to dairy products and intolerance to lactose.
    Overnight stay at CBT Yurts.
