The route leads us to the north, to Guba that is characterized by a unique natural landscape. This natural splendor will never cease to awe and fascinate the visitor.
On the way to Guba, you will have a stop near Mount Beshbarmak. Its silhouette looks like five fingers of
the hand. This mystical peak is on top of a very narrow grassy ridge.
Arrival in Guba. Such historical monuments as Juma Mosque (one of the oldest religious centers in Caucasus with a huge 16metre diameter dome), Sakina-Khanum Mosque, ancient eastern-type bath are preserved in Guba.
The ancient art of carpet weaving is still prevalent in this region. You will visit carpet factory where each carpet features intricate designs that take inspiration from nature and geometric patterns, plus a variety of vivid colors.
Next point of visit is one of the frequently visited place Geshresh. Road to Gechresh is stunningly picturesque; on both sides of the road the trees are so high that their crowns intertwine forming such a natural tunnel. Forests are replaced by mountain landscapes, the air is transparent, and the icy water will make even the most tired traveler feel better.
