  • Day 1

    Bishkek- Song Kol

    The tour starts early in the morning. Our guide will meet you from earlier agreed spot. You will have trip to the first destination - Song Kol, through the Boom Gorge it is a kind of a thread that connects the three regions - Chui, Issyk-Kul and Naryn. On the road, you can enjoy beautiful views of high mountains - somewhere steep and rocky, as well as the rapid flow of the Chu River.

    You will stop for lunch in of the local cafes.

    The next stop will be at the water reservoir Orto-Tokoy. Which is a perfect photo stop for watching and picturing amazing views.
    Then you will continue towards Song-Kol you will have another stop in the mountains for spring water tasting. It is a beautiful area with its flora and fauna, and if you will be lucky you can observe yuks there (wild cows).
    The destination of the first day of the tour will be the mountain lake Song-Kol. The lake lies on an alpine mountain plain surrounded by meadows (jailoo) at an altitude of 2016 m above the sea level. It is the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan after Issyk-Kul lake. Since the ancient times till nowadays the area around the lake services for the local people as summer pasture (jailoo), where shepherds spend time during the summer. During the winter time the lake is difficult to access and there is almost nobody in the area. Pristine water, fresh air, nomadic lifestyle experience, amazing views, disconnection from the civilisation, opportunity to communicate with local people and horse riding is just amazing experiences worth of taking the tour to Song-Kol.
    Have dinner. Overnight stay in the Yurt Camp.

  • Day 2

    Song kol - Kel Suu lake

    After breakfast you will start your way to Kel Suu lake.
    The lake is located in the Naryn region, Ak-Sai Valley, on the border with China. Located in the headwaters of the Kurumduk River, the Kak-Kiya right tributary, at an altitude of 3500-3600 meters above sea level. At this height, without acclimatization, it is far from simple for the average statistical person. Even after living in the mountains for some time you do not get used to it right away. The lake was formed from a strong earthquake in a large crevice between the rocks. From the coast you can not see whole lake, to see the whole lake, you need to go on it by boat.

    Arrive to the yurt camp. Overnight

  • Day 3

    Kel Suu

    After breakfast you will do horse riding towards Kelsuu lake.
    You have the whole day to explore the untouched places of Kel Suu lake.

    Optional: You can boat on the lake, so You will be closer to the nature.

    Return to the camp, have dinner and overnight.

  • Day 4

    Kel Suu - Kochkor

    In the morning after breakfast You will see one more wonder of Kyrgyzstan- the Tash Rabat Caravansarai and Chatyr Kol lake.

    Chatyr-Kul Lake is located in the Aksai Valley, near the Chinese border at an altitude of 3500 meters. The large lake Chatyr-Kul is a drainless lake and is located in the Central Tien-Shan mountain system on the territory of the Naryn oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic. The impressive Lake Chatyr Kul is located in the lowest part of the Chatyr-Kul hollow, near the Torugart Pass, through which passes the road leading to the neighboring country of China.

    The "Tash-Rabat" is a unique architectural monument of the early Middle Ages, which appearance dates back to the 15th century, it is one of the key parts of the ancient Great Silk Road and one of the main archeological sights of Kyrgyzstan, which became a symbol of the mountain architecture of Tenir-Too. It is located in the picturesque canyon of Kara-Koyun (Naryn oblast), 110 km south from the city of Naryn, near to the Chinese border, situated at an altitude of 3,200 meters above sea level.

    Arrive to Kochkor village. Have dinner, overnight.

  • Day 5

    Kochkor - Bishkek

    In the morning after breakfast, you will visit museum and have folklore show, in Kochkor village, you can also visit openbazaar there to shop for some snacks and drinks, as in the mountain you will be limited with the choice, then you will drive back to Bishkek, on the way you will stop at the Burana Tower - it is the heritage of UNESCO and Kyrgyzstan as one of the Great Silk Road sight. Burana itself is a tower-minaret, was built in the 10th-12th centuries under the Karakhanids. You will have an unforgettable excursion in the entire complex territory, visiting the museum and a panoramic view from the Tower itself. Concerning the tower, you will also learn some legends regarding the meaning of the symbols on the walls and stone monuments around the area. In addition to the tower, you will also be able to see the balbals (stone gravers) that are located around and were created by the ancient Turkic tribes. This whole trip around the territory will help you to move into the atmosphere of the 12th century and see firsthand the most ancient artefacts.
